SPSA/CCSPP IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Understanding Our School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) and California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) Implementation Plan
At El Dorado Elementary, we believe that student success is strengthened through thoughtful planning and meaningful collaboration with families, staff, and community partners. Two important documents help guide this work: the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) and the California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) Implementation Plan.
What is the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)?
The School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) is an annual plan that outlines our academic goals and the strategies we will use to help all students succeed. Developed with input from families, staff, and the School Site Council, the SPSA identifies areas of need, establishes measurable goals, and describes how funding and resources will be used to support student learning and achievement.
The SPSA focuses on:
-
Academic achievement and growth
-
Student engagement and attendance
-
School climate and culture
-
Equity and support for all learners
What is the CCSPP Implementation Plan?
The California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) Implementation Plan serves as a roadmap for building and sustaining a community school. It outlines how El Dorado Elementary will partner with families, staff, and community organizations to provide comprehensive supports that address the academic, social-emotional, and physical well-being of students.
The plan is guided by four key pillars of community schools:
-
Integrated Student Supports
-
Active Family and Community Engagement
-
Expanded and Enriched Learning Opportunities
-
Collaborative Leadership and Practices
The CCSPP Implementation Plan is developed through a collaborative process and reflects the voices and needs of our school community. It helps ensure that students and families have access to the resources, partnerships, and opportunities needed for every Golden Eagle to thrive.
Together, the SPSA and CCSPP Implementation Plan provide a shared vision for continuous improvement and demonstrate our commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students. Families are encouraged to stay engaged and participate in the ongoing work of shaping the future of our school.
